Unless otherwise specified in a signed contract, all original designs, code, and architectural assets created by Athnox remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Upon final payment, the specific deliverables for the project are transferred to the client.
3. User Responsibilities
By using our platform, you agree to provide accurate information during the account creation process and to maintain the security of your account and credentials.
4. Limitation of Liability
Athnox shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services or website.
5. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
6. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
